Frequently asked

Quick answers.

  • Why no free tier?

The product needs real workflows, real tools, and honest feedback. A free tier would mostly create empty accounts. Design partner access is the better first step.

  • Who should use STROKIX first?

Founders, operators, RevOps, customer success, and admin teams that constantly jump between CRM, Slack, billing, tickets, docs, and databases to answer basic business questions.

  • Are we paying for Weaviate?

No. The current document retrieval path uses Supabase/Postgres pgvector. Weaviate is an optional paid/legacy path only if a customer specifically wants that infrastructure.

  • What happens before STROKIX writes to another tool?

Risky writes are designed to pause for human approval, show the proposed action, and leave an audit trail. The goal is useful automation without blind changes.
